ORDER POLICY
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to ship your order. If the orders is placed on a holiday, please allow a few extra days for your order fulfillment.
ORDER CHANGES:
We are so grateful for your order!. But, please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple-check that all details are correct!
SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.
CANCELED ORDERS:
Please make sure you want your items before you place your order. We allow cancellations as long as your order has not been fulfilled, once fulfilled we cannot cancel the order. Please reach out with your order # at help@neutrallining.com
RETURN POLICY
Unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached can be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS of your order date (except bodysuits - due to hygienic reasons, bodysuits cannot be returned).
Neutral Lining does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT.
We only accept returns for orders placed and ship within the US.
RETURN CRITERIA:
Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags attached. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions.
RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Returns must be sent back to the NL address below within 21 days of your order date. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within this time frame, it will not be accepted for store credit.
RETURN PROCESS:
Email us at help@neutralining.com with your return request, please include:
- Order number
- Items you are returning
- Attach a few photos of the issue, if no issue just photos that the product is in the conditions stated above. We are a small business, we try our best to make sure all our customers are well served but we must make sure all returns adhere to the guidelines.
- Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you with approval on your return request
- Once approved, you will need to ship the products back to us at your expense to the address below.
- Make sure to include the return slip with your order (i.e the original packing slip), if you no longer have this let us know and we will send you a copy
- Once we receive the products you will be issued a store credit that does not expire
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Neutral Lining. Neutral Lining does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at Neutral Lining, it will be processed for store credit within 5-7 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiration date.
REFUNDS:
We do not offer credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.
EXCHANGES:
Due to our limited inventory of products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
